  • First, the best thing you could do is listen carefully to the person of what he/she tries to say. Make them feel comfortable to express themselves by not judging or imposing an opinion of yours of what the person is thinking of. Show them that you really care.
  • Try not to let them isolate themselves. Keep an eye watch because they might attempt suicide. Therefore, if it were to happen, you can stop them, then coax them before contacting emergency services immediately.
