Dr Rosnadia binti Suainbon is currently working as a psychiatrist and a lecturer at National defence University Malaysia ( NDUM ). She is the head of unit of Psychiatry at Medical and Defence Health faculty. Currently, she is practising at Specialist Clinic , Hospital Angkatan Tentera Tuanku Mizan.
She obtained her degree of Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery ( MBBS) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in year 2007. She also has a master of Medicine( Psychiatry) from Universiti Teknology Mara (UiTM ) in 2017.
She served the ministry of health Malaysia for 11 years before joining the university as a lecturer in 2018. She has experience as a trainer for cognitive behavioural therapy/ group cognitive behaviour therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychological first aid in Malaysia.
In the university, other than teaching, she is actively promoting mental health awareness and organising events such as World Mental Health Day celebration, forum and workshop for the staffs and students. Currently, she is actively collaborating with her colleagues conducting researches with regard to mental health issues.
